Terms of use
Last updated 12 April 2026
These terms govern use of the Eli website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about the studio, review published work, subscribe to updates, and contact the studio about legitimate design services.
You must not use the site in a way that damages the service, interferes with other users, attempts unauthorized access, bypasses security controls, or violates any applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, imagery, branding, portfolio materials, and other content are owned by Eli, Elinor Peretz, or the relevant licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape at scale, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where the law clearly allows limited use.
Inquiries, bookings, and studio responses
Submitting a contact form, lead inquiry, or appointment request does not create a binding client relationship by itself. Any engagement with the studio begins only after the parties explicitly agree on scope and commercial terms.
The studio may decide whether to respond to, accept, decline, or discontinue discussions about a project in its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of content will always be current, complete, or error-free.
Content on the website is general studio information and inspiration only. It is not project-specific professional advice, construction guidance, or a commitment to provide services.
Liability and external services
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid specifically for use of the site, which is usually zero.
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or policies of those third parties.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts with jurisdiction in Tel Aviv-Yafo will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
